Our kitchen elevates casual in unique ways, from oyster tacos and smash burgers, to pecan-smoked Joyce Farms™ wings and wine & butter-poached shrimp rolls. We batch fun frozen cocktails and brew crisp, refreshing beers onsite, frequently rotating stouts, double IPAs, and barrel-aged beer for louder, more assertive flavors. We are proudly Craft Malt Certified and focus on NC terroir through Asheville’s Riverbend Malt House. We also serve natural wines made with native yeasts and sustainably farmed grapes.

Standard Beer + Food is a neighborhood restaurant and relaxing gathering spot on the edge of Raleigh City Farm in Person St. Plaza. Our modern interior and outdoor seating, wrapping to a backyard beer garden, are ideal for larger meet-ups, family time, or date nights. Come join us around the corner. We are a first-come, first-serve establishment and do not accept reservations.
